Ingredients: 250 g bark of Arjun (Terminalia arjuna (Roxb. ex DC.) Wight & Arn.) and 5 fruits of Mahua (Madhuca longifolia (J.Koenig ex L.) J.F.Macbr.).
Preparation: Boil the plant parts in 1/2 L water to prepare 1 cup decoction.
Dosage/Application: Consume the decoction early morning on an empty stomach.
