Herbal Treatment for Jaundice

Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for jaundice.   
Disease symptoms: Fatigue, abdominal pain, weight loss, vomiting, fever, pale stools, dark urine
Ingredients: 2 leaves of Aak (Calotropis procera (Aiton) W.T.Aiton), 1 leaf of Pan (Piper betle L.) and a pinch of chuna (Lime).   
Preparation: Collect and wash both the leaves. Apply a little amount of chuna over it and fold it.
Dosage/Application: Chew the prepared leaves once daily for 3 days.    
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in nearby places. Chuna is available in the local market.
