The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for jaundice.
Disease symptoms: Dark yellow urine, pale stools, yellowing of body colour and face.
Ingredients: 2 kg fresh leaves of Muli (Raphanus raphanistrum L.) and 1 unripened fruit of Papaya (Carica papaya L.).
Preparation: Collect, wash and boil the leaves in 250 ml of water to prepare a decoction. Filter decoction through a cotton cloth and store it in a glass vessel.
Dosage/Application: Consume 20 ml of prepared decoction along with fruit twice daily for 15-20 days.
Precaution: Avoid oily and spicy food.
