Ingredients: 300 g root of Sumbul (
Hellenia speciosa (J.Koenig) S.R.Dutta).
Preparation: Boil the root in 1 L of water for 10-15 min and filter it.
Dosage/Application: Consume 30 ml of decoction twice a day till cure.
