Herbal Treatment for Lice

Innovation Description
The traditional knowledge holder has
suggested treatment for lice.
Disease symptoms: Scratching, intense itchiness, small wounds, restless behaviour.
Ingredients: 50 g fruits of Neem (Azadirachta indica A.Juss.) and 20-30 ml Sarson tel (Mustard oil).
Preparation: Collect, wash and dry the fruits. Grind the dried fruits to prepare a powder. Then mix oil with the prepared powder.
Dosage/Application: Apply the prepared oil on the head 2-3 times in a week for 1 month.
Ingredients' availability: The plant is available in nearby places. Mustard oil is available in the local market.
