Disease symptoms: Heavy menstrual bleeding
Ingredients: 50 g Fresh root of Gilodi (Coccinia grandis (L.) Voigt).
Preparation: Crush and soak the root in water for overnight to prepare infusion.
Dosage/Application: Consume infusion once daily for 5 days before the menstrual cycle is expected to begin.
