Herbal Treatment for Menorrhagia

Innovation Description
The
traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for menorrhagia.
Disease symptoms: Heavy menstrual bleeding, pain, weakness.
Ingredients: 1 bulb of Rosun (Allium sativum L.), 5 g dried fruits of Sukno lanka (Capsicum annuum L.), 2 bulbs of Pyaj (Allium cepa L.), 10 ml Mustard oil, 5 g dried rhizome of both Holud (Curcuma
longa L.) and Ada (Zingiber officinale Roscoe).
Preparation: Chop the onion and fry in mustard oil till it becomes brown. Add other crushed plant parts to prepare a curry.
Dosage/Application: Consume prepared curry with freshly prepared rice once daily for 3-5 days.
Ingredient's availability: The plants are available in nearby places. Mustard oil is available in the local market.
