Innovation Description
The traditional knowledge holder has
suggested treatment for menstrual problems.
Disease symptoms: Irregular menstruation, abdominal cramps.
Ingredients: Branches of Sankhpunyi (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.), leaves of Bhramabuti (Convolvulus prostratus Forssk.), branches of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) and branches of Sarpgandha (Rauvolfia serpentina (L.) Benth. ex Kurz).
Preparation: Collect all the ingredients and grind them together to make powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1 tablespoon of the prepared powder once a day for 1 week.
Precaution: Avoid oily and spicy food.
