The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for mensuration problem.
Disease symptoms: Irregular mensuration, cramps.
Ingredients: 20 g fruits of (Phyllanthus emblica L.) and 20 g powder of Turmeric (Curcuma
longa L.).
Preparation: Wash and grind the fruits to prepare a paste. Then add turmeric powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1 teaspoon of paste thrice daily till relief.
