Disease symptoms: Pain in naval portion, unable to stand properly due to displacement of the navel
Ingredients: 5-7 roots of Baal jhaad (Nardostachys jatamansi (D.Don) DC.).
Preparation: Collect and wash the roots.
Dosage/Application: Chew the root twice daily for 4-5 days.
