The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for oligomenorrhoea.
Disease symptoms: Irregular menstruation cycle, unusually light menstrual flow.
Ingredients: 100 g seeds of Kala til (Sesamum indicum L.), 50 g seed powder of Jowa khar (Hordeum vulgare L.), 250 g bud of Baas (Dendrocalamus strictus (Roxb.) Nees), and 3 kg trunk of Taar (Borassus flabellifer L.).
Preparation: Collect, clean, and soak all the ingredients into 5 L of water for 7 days. After 7 days, boil the mixture and filter it. Store the filter decoction in a glass jar.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1/2 cup decoction once daily for 21 days.
