Ingredients: 100 g bulb of
Vellai
poondu (
Allium sativum L
.), 35 g dried fruits of Milagu (
Piper nigrum L.), 35 g dried fruits of Thippli (
Piper longum L
.), 40 g dried rhizome of Sukku (
Zingiber officinale Roscoe), 50 g Sugar and 10 g of Cow's ghee.
Preparation: Collect and crush all the plant parts to prepare a powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume 20 g of the prepared powder with cow's ghee once daily for 10-15 days.
