Ingredients: 8 g root of each, Pavattai (
Pavetta indica L.), Ilavangapathiri (
Cinnamomum verum J.Presl), Kottaikaranthai (
Sphaeranthus africanus L.), and Kalarchikodi (
Guilandina bonduc L.), 8 g bulb of Vellai poondu (
Allium sativum L.).
Preparation: Crush all the ingredients to extract the juice.
Dosage/Application: Consume 1 teaspoon prepared juice once daily till recovery.
