Ingredients: 10 g dry root of Sarpagandha (
Rauvolfia serpentina (L.) Benth. ex Kurz), 3-4 fruits of Black pepper (
Piper
nigrum L.).
Preparation: Collect and crush both the plant parts to prepare a powder.
Dosage/
Application: Consume 1-2 spoon of prepared powder on an empty stomach daily for 10-15 days.
Precautions: Avoid alcohol.
