Ingredients: 10 g fruits of Jeeru (
Cuminum cyminum L.), 10 g fruits of Kala mari (
Piper nigrum L.), 10 g of Sindhav (Salt) and Buttermilk
Preparation: Roast both the plants fruits along with salt to make powder.
Dosage/Application: Consume 30 g of prepared powder with buttermilk, daily after eating for three months.
