Ingredients: 500 g tuber of Suran (
Amorphophallus paeoniifolius (Dennst.) Nicolson), stem of Chitral (
Plumbago zeylanica L.), dried rhizome powder of Ginger (Zin
giber officinale Roscoe).
Preparation: Collect, clean, and crush all the plant parts to prepare a mixture.
Dosage/Application: Consume 2 spoonfuls of the prepared mixture once daily for one week.
