Herbal Treatment for Piles

Innovation Description
The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for
piles.
Disease symptoms: Painful lump near the anus, bleeding
during defecation.
Ingredients: 5 g fresh root of Bhajoni
(Mimosa pudica L.) and 21 dried fruit
of Marich (Piper nigrum L.).
Preparation: Collect, wash and crush
the leaves with Marich and water to prepare a mixture. Keep the quantity of
Marich fruits in decreasing order i.e., 20 fruits on Day 1 and 1 fruit on Day
21.
Dosage/Application: Consume 50 ml of
the prepared mixture empty stomach once daily for 21 days.
Ingredients' availability: The plants are available in the nearby
fields.
