Disease symptoms: Whiteheads, small red and tender bumps, red swollen areas, pus formation
Ingredients: 1 fruit of Coconut (Cocos nucifera L.).
Preparation: Cut the fruit to collect coconut water.
Dosage/Application: Consume as well as wash the face with coconut water once daily for 10-15 days.
