Herbal Treatment for Polio

Innovation Description
The
traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for polio.
Disease symptoms: Pain or stiffness in the arms or legs, muscle weakness.
Ingredients: 100 g fresh leaves of each, Mukkanasaranathi (Trianthema portulacastrum L.), Velipparuthhi (Pergularia daemia (Forssk.) Chiov.), Kilanelli (Phyllanthus amarus Schumach.
& Thonn.), Thaivelai (Cleome gynandra L.), Kuppaimeni (Acalypha indica L.), 100 ml oil of each, Coconut oil, Mustard oil, Neem oil, Castor oil and Pungam oil (Millettia pinnata (L.)
Panigrahi).
Preparation: Crush and boil all the leaves with oil for 30 mins.
Dosage/Application: Apply the prepared oil over the affected area once daily till relief.
