Herbal Treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis

Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.
Disease symptoms: 
Tender, warm, swollen joints.
Ingredients: 250 g fresh or dry bark or leaves of Nigundi (Vitex negundo L.), 100 g Whole plant Rasna (Vanda tessellata (Roxb.) Hook. ex G.Don) and 100 g rhizome of Sonth (Zingiber officinale Roscoe).
Preparation: Crush all the ingredients and boil in an earthing pot to prepare a decoction. Collect the filtrate and store it in a glass bottle.
Dosage/Application: Consume 2 tablespoons decoction on an empty stomach twice daily for 2-3 months.
Precaution: Avoid sour and spicy food.
