Herbal Treatment for Scorpion Sting

Innovation Description
The
traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for scorpion sting.
Disease symptoms: Pain, swelling at the sting site, muscle twitching, sweating, drooling.
Ingredients: 10 g fresh leaves of Kuppaimeni (Acalypha indica L.), 1-2 bulb of
Vengayam (Allium cepa L.), and 10 g Salt.
Preparation: Collect and crush both the plant parts along with salt to extract the juice.
Dosage/Application: Apply the prepared paste over the affected area twice daily till relief.
Ingredient's availability: The plants are available in nearby places. Salt is available in the local market.
