Innovation Description
The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for throat infection.
Disease symptoms: Painful swallowing, red and swollen tonsils
Ingredients: 50 g whole plant of Sweet flag (Acorus calamus L.) and 10 g Honey.
Preparation: Crush the plant and add honey to prepare a paste.
Dosage/Application: Consume prepared paste twice daily for 5-7 days.
Ingredient's availability: The plant is available in nearby places and honey is available in the local market.
