Innovation Description
The
traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for urticaria.
Disease symptoms: Itching, red or skin-coloured welts, swelling, itching, flares
Ingredients: 25 g fresh leaves of Khejdi (Prosopis cineraria (L.)
Druce) and 10 g Gud (Jaggery).
Preparation: Crush the leaves along with jaggery to prepare a paste.
Dosage/Application: Consume the prepared paste twice daily for 3-5 days.
Ingredient's availability: The plant is available in nearby places. Jaggery is available in the local market.
