Ingredient: 3 buds of Chirata tita (
Swertia chirayita (Roxb.) H.Karst.), and 3 fore buds of Bheta tita (
Clerodendrum infortunatum L.).
Preparation: Collect, wash and crush the ingredients to extract the juice.
Dosage/Application: Consume 2-3 teaspoons of juice on empty stomach once daily for 2 days.
Precaution: Avoid sweet food.
