Innovation Description

The traditional knowledge holder has suggested treatment for wound.
Disease symptoms: Feeling overall malaise, green, cloudy or malodorous discharge, increasing or continual pain from wound, redness around wound
Ingredients: 5-7 leaves of Kukrona (Blumea lacera (Burm.f.) DC.) and 10 ml Kadi tel (Mustard oil).
Preparation: Crush the leaves and mix them with Kadi tel to prepare a mixture.
Dosage/Application: Apply the prepared paste on the affected area and bandage it for 1 hour. Continue to do it for 10 days.
Ingredients' availability: The plant is available in nearby fields. Kadi tel is available in the local markets.
