Profile
Innovator Mr. Johnson Joseph hails from the Kottayam district of Kerala. He owns a small rubber nursery. Filling these nursery bags is a very tiresome job as it needs to be filled manually. 

Purpose
Mr. Joseph has developed a machine to fill the nursery bags.

Technical details
In the machine, cleaning and sieving of soil are done. The machine has the facility to store the stones and soil. It requires three labours at a time. Soil is added into the hopper and it automatically separates the stones from the soil. There is a stopper to control the flow of the soil. Various components of the machine are:  a net to separate soil and stone, stopper to control the flow of the soil, iron stand and a hopper. 

Performance
The innovator has claims that the machine is capable to fill 1500 to 2000 bags per day.

The developed machine is easy and efficient to use with reduced time.
