Purpose Mr. Baskaran has developed the winding device which can be operated manually.
Technical details It consists flywheel with handle and connected to bobbins with suitable spur gear arrangement for the required speed. While the square or round shape winding can be easily done.
PerformanceMr. Baskaran claims that winding speed is 1:10 and normally it takes 3 minutes to wind one coil (900-1015 turn per coil).
