Innovation Description
Profile: The innovator Mr.M.A Rabeendhra Swame has idealized a manual operated floor cleaning machine where no electrical energy involved.
Purpose: To clean the floor manually and without electricity.
Technical Specification: This machine consists of an endless conveyor type horizontal cloth mat which continuously rotates as the person pushes the machine forward and it collects all the dust from the floor. A 2 Litre water bottle has been provided that keeps the cloth mat wet, continuously. A waste water tank is attached at the back end of the machine where the dirty water from the cloth mat is collected. Since there is no complexity of machine included, therefore, it comes at a low cost and easy operational efficiency.
Performance: When the cleaner pushes the machine, the water from tank makes the cloth to be wet. This cloth surface in bottom side makes the floor to be clean. If there are excess of water in floor, it will be collected by the waste water tank.
Benefits: No electricity consumption, easy to operate.
