Innovator Mr. Amarjit Singh is from the Ferozpur district of Punjab. He is inclined to the innovative ideas and technologies.

Purpose
Mr. Singh has modified a CPU fan to generate a small amount of electricity from its rotation.

Technical details
Mr. Singh has fixed small magnets on the blades of the CPU fan. When the fan rotates, it works as a small dynamo that can charge a small battery or provide electricity to a few small LED lights.

Benefits
It is easy to construct and use. It can easily light up a few LEDs for indication or  decoration purpose.
