Innovation Description
Mr. Pratap Das from West Bengal has developed a practice to control disease of beetle vine.
Targeted pest: Beetle vine disease
Targeted crop: Piper betle L.
Ingredients: Curcuma longa L.
Methodology: Take 2 kg leaves of Curcuma longa, crush and extract juice from it and mix it in 5 L of water. Filter and store it at room temperature. Use 20 ml of the filtrate per liter of water to spray on crops.
