Innovation Description

Profile
Uday Prakash is a student of G.S.S.S Gumma (Basantpur). Uday is fond of dancing, reading and observing things around to get ideas for innovation.

Purpose
Uday has come up with a rolling road barrier system suitable for mountainous and hilly terrains, in order to prevent accidents.

Technical details
The barrier is made up of plastic cylinders that spin upon receiving an impact, thereby absorbing the shock and stabilizing the vehicle. This reduces its speed and chances of the vehicle plunging into deep gorges or getting out of control and causing a pile-up.

Benefit
This innovation can help in preventing accidents.
