Innovator Mr. Bimal Barman hails from the Cooch Behar district of West Bengal.
Purpose
Mr. Bimal Barman developed a scooter for a differential abled person.
Technical details
He has modified the place where the back wheel of the scooter is attached. He has attached a long rod & wheel at each end of the rod. The seat is replaced where the long seat of the bus is attached to extend the seating capacity of the scooter.
Performance
According to the innovator 3 - 4 persons can seat in the scooter.
