Innovation Description
Purpose:Sk. Javed thought of having a system for cutting thermocol easily in a finite shape, so he designed a hot-wire thermo cutter. It is a tool used to cut the polystyrene foam and similar materials.
PurposeInnovator has developed a thermocol cutting machine.
Technical details:The device consists of a thin taut metal wire, often made of stainless steel or a thicker wire of the desired shape. Which is heated and passed through the material to be cut. The heat thermo cutter is very helpful to cut the thermocol sheet and other plastic items.
Benefits
It has speed control adjustment. It is easily movable. It is a dust free cutting.
